So once upon a time a beautiful girl read that another beautiful girl who lived in the far away land of canada had never tried Sinful Colors nail polish. So the beautiful girl offered to do a make-up swap. Both girls talked about what they liked and disliked and liked, items they each wanted to try and so on. Packages were sent and finally after 2 weeks of waiting they each got their respective packages.
Joann sent me so many amazing things.
Quo (Canadian line)
2 eyeshadow trios
2 eyeliners
2 lipglosses
Elf
2 lip glosses
The Body shop
2 shea body butters
It was all wrapped so pretty. I almost didnt open any of it, but then my curiosity killed the cat, mean got the better of me.
I have tried the eyeshadow and one of the lipglosses. It is really very pretty. I'll be putting up reviews soon.
Until next time...

Nail Swatch: Multi-Colored Glitter by Wet n' Wild (16)
So I'm super behind on these Nail Swatches/Reviews. I have like 5 of these I need need to post. Due to school and family i have had no time to really post a whole lot and so i get way far behind untill i sit for like a week and do nothing but post.
So on to the Reveiw. This is one of my oldest polishes. I have had this since i was 12. It is an old school Wet n' Wild nail polish. They didnt name thier polishes back then so hince the name.
Reveiw 8/10
Dry Speed: 2 points- I dont know if the age of the polish is affecting it or what, but it dried super fast.
Application: 2 points- for how old this polish is it goes on so nice. I felt I had the best control with the brush, the polish wasn't to thick like I would expect from an old polish.
Price: 2 points- So i was like 12 and had no concept of money back then. So i got this because it was right near the check out stand. I dont remember prices but everything was cheaper back in the day.
Wear- 1 point: I got only 3 days wear before i noticed chips. This is also a thin glitter so it was harder to notice the chipping.
Opaque-1 point: like most older glitter polishes this was thin and saw more clear coat but at the same time you can really tell the colors of the glitter.

Nail Swatch: Concrete by Sally Hansen (15)
This is a random polish I picked up while browsing walgreens. Usually right by the beautysection is two aisles where they keep new collections of make-up and polish. Around November they had put out a collection from Sally hansen that had like 12 new colors. This was one that I grabbed first because it was a gray toned color and I thought it would match my purse. This color sadly is a little too purple for that.
Review 8/10
Dry Speed: 1 point- Nothing special, dried at normal speed.
Application: 2 points- Medium sized brush that spread evenly to get full coverage.
Price: 2 points- Got this on BOGO 1/2 off, so it was like $1.50
Wear: 1 point- Chipped after 4 days.
Opaque: 2 points- Completely covered in one coat but did two for safety. Also I noted that this polish darkened as it dried. It was wierd but cool.
Until next time...

Nail Swatch: Catch the Bouque by Orly(14)
I got this polish on sale at sally's. I had never used Orly before I got this polish. I loved the soft petal pink, it was also unique in its shimmer. It's silver but in some lights it looks almost blue. The shimmer wasn't too bad to remove. I think over all I only had one or two peices of shimmer on one nail. i also wore this polish for formal pics with my boyfriend.
Review 6/10
Dry Speed: 1 point- Average dry time. I can't really think of any difference from any of my other polishes.
Application: 1 point- The glitter/shimmer pooled at the tip of my nail and didn't spread evenly.
Price: 2 points- Got this on sale for 3.50, normal price is only $5.00
Wear: 1 point- Wore down and started to chip at day 3, major damage after day 4.
Opaque:1 point- Was a little sheer but it wasn't noticable without looking.

Newest Project: Project Garden
So i love fresh veggies and fruits and herbs. I have tried to grow things since i was like 16. So far they have been ok but my dad sees on spot of yellow and he throws the whole thing away. So now i have talked to my boyfriend and he's going to let me put them at his place once they are bigger. I got these at the dollar store so it will be interesting to see if they grow.
The first pic is what it looked like once i had planted the new seeds.
Day two: still nothing but watered them. Packages says that it should be about 7 days for the seeds to grow sprouts.
I cant wait to see when they start growing.
Until next time...
